We clean outside appliances, counters, cabinets, tables, and chairs, worktops, wipe microwave and oven, clean the tops, picture frames, window sills, doors and handles, hovering and mop the floors where available. Please notice that hard floor taking twice as much time as carpet – we hoover and mop the hard floor, always.

Can be extended or extra charged:

  1. Wash the dishes or bins emptying.
  2. Deep oven cleaning (+£55 for single oven)
  3. Windows cleaning

We wash and disinfect inside and outside of lavatory and urinals, washing and polishing of toilet seats, wash and disinfect the bathtubs, the shower cabin, wiping the tiles, polish the mirrors and glasses, clean and wash the sinks inside and outside, polish the chrome, clean the countertops, move the vanities and wipe underneath, clean and wash the floors, wipe the doors and the handle, wipe the light switches and picture frames, empty the bins.

We clean and polish furniture, wardrobes and drawers inside and out, dust all tops and surfaces, clean and dust the picture frames, lamp shapes, skirting boards, the light switches, hovering and mop the floor if wooden. We also will make the bed and change the bed linen if required.

  • Clean and wipe down doors and the door frame
  • Any furniture outside only – inside on request and additional time may require to take the belongings out and place them in after cleaning
  • Any sofas will be vacuumed, the cushions will be lifted and vacuum underneath
  • Move any furniture (if possible), vacuum underneath and behind
  • Clean and wipe skirting boards
  • Clean and wipe banisters and radiators
  • Dust picture frames and lamp shapes
  • Clean and wipe light switches, remove fingerprints and dirt

Dusting the tops, remove the finger marks from tables and tops, dust window sills and ledges, wipe doors and dust mini blinds, lamps, furniture, vacuum carpets and wash the floors, vacuum furniture including under seat cushions, empty and clean.

Sweep and mop the floor, removing any stains if possible. Scrub the floor if required. Hoover carpets and rugs.

* The Task List above is our standard task list which every cleaner is instructed and trained to follow, however, this is subject to Size, Condition of the property and sufficient allocated time. We will be more than happy to suggest a number of working hours required based on your own specific requirements.

End Of Tenancy Cleaning

Booking

Available booking fee and payments methods.
After our valuation we normally sending estimate in the 24 following hours. You have 5 days do accept or decline it.

  • Booking more than 7 days before 50% of the invoice.
  • Booking less than 7 days but more than 24hrs before 75% of the invoice amount.
  • Booking less than 24hrs have to be paid in total on the same day as the estimate.

In all cases, we invoice have to be paid in total 24 hrs before the service day.

Not included services and extra prices.

Payments and charges not included in our service estimate:

  • Parking charges are not included in our early-stage estimate. In case when our team is not informed about the aspens of free parking in a radius of 15 meters from the property. We will inform you as soon as possible about the additional cost. Additional charge may apply in case of a long time spent on dealing with this.
  • External works are extra charged. Windows cleaning or gardening are charged by job or time.
  • Waste removal from the kitchen or any other bin is charged extra depending on the amount of rubbish.
  • Furniture cleaning at the property which isn’t builtin or wasn’t described on the beginning it will be charged extra.
  • Not defrosted freezer which will extended time of our cleaning will be charged extra of £30 per freezer.
  • Delay in giving us access for the property will be charged extra for each member of the team multiply by £17 per hour – This charge will be taken before the cleaning will begin.

Note:  Additional charge may occur on the cleaning date if the property is below average and in a critical condition,  above prices are for normal, average end of tenancy cleaning property,  We will always try to stick to our prices but when properties have not been cleaned for years and greasy then we have to add some extra fees to cover our cost and labour

End of tenancy cleaning prices may vary depending on property size, condition and location.

Cancelation

In case of cancellation please follow our guidelines.

  • From the day of booking but more than 7 days before service day, we will refund 100% of the paid invoice, minus £30 of administration fee.
  • Cancellation between 7 days and 1day (24hrs)it will be refunded in 50% of paid invoice or 0% of the booking fee
  • Cancellation which accrue under 24hrs will be not refunded – which mean 100% of booking fee or 100% of the paid invoice amount will be charged in full.
